Don't feel you’re strong fit or flexible? Don't worry.


We know that attending your first ever yoga class can sometimes be a little intimidating , especially if you feel you’re not strong fit or flexible. But please do not worry our ethos at Yoga London Club is that in Yoga there are no advanced or beginner’s postures – just variations appropriate for different students – or more simply different strokes for different folks.  

Yoga is literally a complete mind/body healing system for everyone regardless of ability and at Yoga London Club your yoga practice will be tailored to suit your own individuality and potential.

The Yoga Express classes are just 45 minutes and have been specifically designed for new comers to dip their toe in the yoga water.

The Saturday morning Beginners Yoga class is ideal for new comers to Yoga. Time will be spent on learning the basic principles of the practice including breathing , posture and alignment. Expert advice and instruction will be given to students who are new to Yoga and want to learn the foundations. The class is also ideal for students who have been practicing a while but  want to get back to basics.
