This class will be ideal for new comers to Yoga. Time will be spent on learning the basic principles of the practice including breathing , posture and alignment. Expert advice and instruction will be given to students who are new to Yoga and want to learn the foundations. The class is also ideal for students who have been practicing a while but want to get back to basics.
Yoga helps to release both the physical and mental tightness and tension that have somehow become the default settings for human beings. In the Beginners Yoga class mind and body are balanced and a deep sense of peace and calm is created.
