My classes incorporate flow elements and breath work with anatomic precision along with an emphasis on the subtle body. I am passionate about creating a space where students can learn from their practice. Expect variety and to be challenged no matter your level. My classes contain elements of Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Iyengar.
Yoga, showing you facets of yourself, in the present moment as it is, appeals to me. On the mat you are asked to problem solve, respond and have fluidity as it can change every second of your practice. This also feeds into the imprint you make in your life day to day.
I have been practicing yoga since 2004. Having started my practice in the Ashtanga tradition, I explored many forms such as Iyengar, Yin and Anusara, but it wasn’t until 2009 when I lived in Canada and America that I discovered Vinyasa. The aspect of Vinyasa as a moving meditation really spoke to me.
I graduated from the FLY RYT 200 hr in 2014 and continued my education with Noah Mazé, completing my 500 hr advanced training with him in Berlin in 2016.
I continue to train, practice and be inspired by my teachers; Noah Mazé, Hamish Hendry and Claudia Dossena.
