How do I book a class?
All classes can be booked online via our online booking system. Here is our current timetable.
Can I just drop in to a class?
As Yoga London Club is a boutique Yoga studio there are only 12 spaces available at each class. There will however on occasion be the facility to just turn up and pay for the class on the day. Call Matt on 07983 605 295 to find out if there are any drop in spaces at today’s classes.
What do I need to bring / wear?
Yoga mats will be provided but if you have your own then please feel free to bring it along. Yoga is best practiced in clothing you will feel comfortable moving in. Please note that shower facilities are available at the studio.
Who can practice Yoga?
Yoga is a complete holistic mind/body practice and can be learned by literally anybody who wishes to learn. Whether you want to get fit and flexible or perhaps you just want to be able to relax and reduce your stress levels, Yoga can and will help on many different levels.
Are private lessons available?
Yes Matt Ryan and all the other teachers at Yoga London Club are available for private tuition whether that’s one to one or a small group. The private sessions can be taught either at our studio or your home or place of work. Please contact us for more information or to book your first private session.
Do you do free taster sessions?
Yoga London Club does not provide any free taster sessions , however what we do offer is some of the most competitive prices for Yoga in London , including the month long unlimited class pass for new comers to the studio – click here for details.
