I teach Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga. You can expect safe and intelligent sequenced classes that will energise and nourish you. With an emphasis on the breath, I work with the mind and body as one to leave you rejuvenated and rested. Using both physical and verbal adjustments, I will take you out of your comfort zone and help you find new ways to move, more space and awareness.

My background is in Contemporary dance and the Alexander technique. I have had the privilege to work with dance companies, perform and choreograph unconventional work.
Dancing led me to Yoga and its healing powers quite early on and practicing soon became a priority.
I immersed myself in the practice of Ashtanga and Vinyasa, always keeping an open mind and having a genuine interest in other yoga styles. I believe the practice of Yoga as a whole allows us to grow, learn and also find balance, courage and fun. The more we practice, the more mindful and grounded we become. It has become my mission and intention to bring more kindness, compassion and sense of togetherness through the practice.
I continue to train with many inspirational teachers from around the world. I completed my 200 hrs YTT with Lalit Kumar at the Himalaya Yoga Valley in India and am RYT200 certified and registered with the Yoga Alliance Professionals.
