I teach a mindful, energising and vibrant vinyasa flow with emphasis on the practice as a transformative and powerful technology to apply to our lives.
My classes are inclusive and always offer options so that everyone feels welcome and free to explore new things. I incorporate asana, breath work and focus to engage mind, body and heart. I like starting my classes with an intention or a theme and I am particularly passionate about making the teachings of Yoga philosophy accessible to everyone so that they become easy to use in our daily life.
I am a certified 500hr Yoga teacher, having studied and explored different styles of Yoga (Vinyasa, ViniYoga, Restorative and Hatha Yoga), I teach both dynamic and restorative classes. I earned my 200hr certification with Mollie McClelland and continued my journey of study with different teachers and mentors such as Lucy Crisfield, Carl Hargreaves, and Lucy McCarthy.
I am passionate about Yoga philosophy, chanting as a transformative practice, and Sanskrit, all aspects of Yoga, which I keep studying privately with different teachers in London and India.
I gained my advanced teacher certification in India. An experience that deeply touched me and encouraged me to go even deeper in my practice and teaching experience.
I strongly believe in making Yoga affordable and available to everyone. That’s why I’m currently teaching in different contexts: public classes, corporates, drama schools and private sessions.
I am particularly passionate about communities. I want my students to leave my classes feeling connected with themselves and other people.
